Europa PLACE D’YOUVILLE is a building with a past. Located directly above the city’s ancient fortifications, the interior was originally built before 1700. In 1906, Mr Joseph Ward constructed the exterior façade and the building served as the offices of the Joseph Ward Company Limited. Though abandoned for many years, Europa completely renovated the building in 2009, converting it into condominiums and restoring its former splendour.
