Europa has been active in real estate since 1986 and has specialized in residential real estate since its inception. Over the years, Europa has renovated, transformed and converted numerous residential, industrial and commercial buildings into apartments, in addition to completing several new housing projects in Old Montreal, Plateau Mont-Royal, Centre-Sud and Outremont. These developments range from attached maisons de ville to one 12-story building of over 200,000 square feet in Old Montreal.

Europa has executed and mastered every construction technique: renovation and foundations, structural steel, wood, brick, reinforced concrete and curtain walls. Numerous interior design concepts in our units have been constructed according to demanding specifications, often with spectacular results and always with class.
